Delivery Policy

Delivery time depends on availability of items, receipt of proof of payment and the selected delivery method. Orders will be shipped the following working day, after the receipt of your proof of payment. Though we try to ensure the quickest delivery time, Pops Toys cc can not be held responsible for late deliveries made by the delivery parties involved

Free Deliveries Terms & Conditions

This is applicable to all customers that live within a 50km range and orders over R1000.00 from MAIN or REGIONAL areas, an additional charge will be charged if your delivery address is beyond 50km from a main or regional city or town.

Additional charges will be incurred in the event that your area falls under the "Ultra Purple Zone" with our couriers , in this event you will be contacted and extra charges will apply , alternatively we will send your parcel with the national post office of which delivery times are uncertain.

This service does NOT apply to our Step 2 & AXI ranges as these items will be shipped directly from our supplier at their shipping rates.
