Orders will be shipped the following working day, after the payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you will be able to go track your parcel online at the Fastway or The Courier Guy websites:
Kindly note that delivery times are not exact and that the courier companies do not deliver during the weekends.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Johannesburg and surrounding areas: 2 - 3 Business Days
Pretoria, Durban and surrounding areas: 3 - 5 Business Days
Cape Town and surrounding areas: 3- 5 Business Days
Any outlying areas (Plettenberg Bay, Winterton, etc): 3 - 7 Business Days
Kindly keep in mind that these times are severely affected during the holiday season as well as any other scenarios which affect the commerce, industry and infrastructure of the country. Please allow for longer delivery times in order to receive your parcel timeously.

This is applicable to all customers that live within a 50km range from MAIN or REGIONAL areas, an additional charge will be charged if your delivery address is beyond 50km from a main or regional city or town.
Additional charges will be incurred in the event that your area falls under the "Ultra Purple Zone" with our couriers , in this event you will be contacted and extra charges will apply , alternatively we will send your parcel with the national post office of which delivery times are uncertain.
If you would like to send your own couriers to collect your parcel, kindly notify us as soon as possible.
In the event that you would like us to send your parcel overnight, additional charges will be applicable. These charges will have to be paid in full before we send your parcel.
City Centres in South Africa include: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Nelspruit, George, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Welkom, Potchefstroom, Witbank, Durban & Port Elizabeth
Outlining Cities & Towns in South Africa that are not mentioned above are classed regional areas.

I want to return my order, what do I do?
If your order is unwanted, it's ok to change your mind. We'll accept returns up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer. A postage charge will be deducted from your refund
If your order is faulty, please let us know as quickly as possible.
How to package an item you want to return
The item to be returned must be packed in its original packaging in another box with as much padding as possible so that it can be returned safely to us. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we simply cannot give you a refund. It is your responsibility to package the item safely.
How to return large or heavy items:
Please call us on +2711 849 4926 / +2711 425 3175 or email@example.com for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. For unwanted items there may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items.
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
In most cases this will be our R85 standard postage charge, which will be deducted from your refund. The postage fee might change depending on your area base (Location).

My order is damaged, what do I do?

You can return an online order to Pops Toys as long as you take a copy of your confirmation email with you.

How long do I have to return my order?

How will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the method of payment you originally used i.e. your credit or debit card, PayFast, of which Payfast can take up to 10 days for a refund to be fully returned.
What to do if i have missing pieces in my Lego or Playmobil set ?
Lego and Playmobil sets that have missing pieces can not be exchanged for a full new set
